(Mythology of the Amazons describes the efficacy of Archery without a breast in the way.) Likely a figure from the vatican or Neopolitian museums. Gilt background and in a late victorian frame. Very nice work. The size is 8.5" by 6.75". The painting measures 3.8" by 5.3". painted on a maghogany panel. Late 19th to early 20th. See less
