Circa … Read more A classical yet modern acrylic painting on Masonite depicting a woman and a dolphin by Ljubo Biro. Signed mid-bottom. Circa 1960s. A unique textural painting with a rich impasto. Biro was a self taught Yugoslav artist that settled in Michigan in 1964. His paintings are a nod to Roman-Greco art with a contemporary perspective. From a private collection.
