This offering is for a set of Scalloped Italian Hand Painted Toleware Chinoiserie Cream Metal Planters or Cachepots. The scalloped edges are also known as a Monteith pattern, a design of contrasting squares, rectangles, or triangles. The Chinoiserie influence with exquisite blue details are unsurpassed on this heavy metal toleware ( these are not thin whatsoever); these are very sturdy and in great vintage shape where the design will pop in a garden conservatory or sun lite room!
