The background is pale crisp green somewhere between pistachio and mint ice-cream and shows lovely painterly brush strokes.
This is new work, part of a series of new Spring themed paintings I have been creating as I wander through the fleeting beauty of the Northern California springtime. It is painted on cradled birch board and will ship in a box, between many layers of glassine and wrapping.
