This vintage pendant features a heart-shaped, 5-carat blue sapphire center stone in a secured bezel setting. The sapphire is GIA-certified. It is paired with additional cabochon-cut blue sapphire side stones and cabochon-cut ruby side stones, both secured in a bezel setting. Surrounding the center sapphire are additional diamond detailing, both baguette and round cut diamonds each have 1 carat weight.
