A Large and dynamic Expressionist figural painting of a young woman, shown nude and seated on a chair in an interior beside red flowers in a glass vase.
Myra Dorn Eastman graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1977 and from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2002. She has exhibited nationally with success, both in solo and group exhibitions, and is the recipient of numerous prizes, medals and juried awards including the Eduardo Arderi Award; the 47th Annual International Award Exhibition San Diego Art Institute, San Diego, CA and the International Society of Acrylic Painters, among others.
