The center section has a little more texture to it with the same luminous coloration. The bubbles in the glass add to the elegance of this piece.

Robert C. Fritz (1920 – 1986) was an American ceramics and glass artist and professor in California. As a major player in America’s mid 20th century studio glass movement, Dr. Robert Fritz is remembered for his contributions to the world of art. His glass art masterpieces can be found in the Smithsonian, Renwick Gallery and the private collections of Ted Kennedy, Tom Harkin, Ron Wyden and more throughout the U.S., Europe, and Japan.

This art glass piece has been previously owned and loved, and will show some level of wear consistent with this prior use. There is a chip on one side of the vase. There is a close up photo of it, in photo #9. There is one area that could be surface wear, or a change in the coloration, as shown in photo #10. There is a tiny flea bite, that can barely be felt.
