Putnam 115 Nassau Street, New York City during the Civil War era in the 1860's. Wonderful brown leather spines with gilt titles on red leather. Marbled end papers. Books measure 7 7/8" tall x 5 3/4" x 1 3/8" thick. The run of 22 volumes occupies 30 1/2" of shelf space. Good condition with expected wear. A handsome set.
