This original piece was made in the late 19th century. The whit dress is painted with green and red dots and gold accents around the top of the dress. There is a chip on one pinky toe. The underside is matte and not glazed with the shiny clear coat like the rest of the figurine. some of the gold details have been worn off and a spot under one arm looks like it has been repaired, but is not very noticeable. This figurine is a darling example of a piano baby, made to hold the decorative shawl in place on top of the piano. It can sit by itself and is about 5" H x 2.5" W x 3"D. Overall, it is in very good condition for a delicate figurine that is over 120 years old! Please look at all the photographs. less
