They originally appeared in a French fashion magazine from 1948. They are original to that date and NOT recent reproduction prints. The designs are from leading mid-century French designers: Christian DIor, Gres, Jacques Fath, Marcel Rochas, and Paquin. Chic and stylish for the mid-century years and still perfect for today's contemporary fashionista. They make for great wall decor in a summer beach house. Illustrated by Pierre Simon who was a fashion illustrator who worked in Paris at that time. Excellent condition with strong color tones.
