The plate is adorned with polychrome figural medallions depicting landscape and pond views, birds in sakura trees made in the Cloisonne technique. Inscribed with Calligraphy and red stamps. The backside of the ware is decorated with a scaly design. Unmarked. Circa: Mid to the late 19th century.
