An authentic L. Plautius Plancus, Silver Denarius Coin (47 BC) ring. This Greek coin with Head of Medusa featured prominently has been set in a custom custom ring with a 18k gold and sterling silver bezel (with balled accents) and a sterling silver band. Obv. is head of Medusa facing without snakes, L PLATIVS below. Rev. is Victory facing, holding palm-branch and leading four horses, PLANCVS below. Certificate of Authenticity will accompany this coin. Measurement is approximately 7/8"W x 1 1/8"D x 7/8"H. Ring size: approximately 8.5.
