An antique Japanese copper vase with polychrome ginbari cloisonne enamel decor. Late Meiji period,
Squat round shape, long neck and decorative side handles. Blue body with pink and green peony flower motif.
Ginbari is a Japanese cloisonne technique when clear enamel is laid over a stippled silver layer applied to the copper sheet body.
