Offered is a set of 3 pieces of Denby-Langley stoneware pottery in their Sherwood pattern. It includes the 2.5 Qt Round Covered Casserole, the 8" vegetable bowl, and the lid which works for both pieces. The Casserole and lid are a muddy Loden almost Olive green with a subtle ribbed detail on the body and a dark brown with a hint of charcoal interior. The Vegetable bowl is misnamed for its size as both pieces are 9.625" diameter and 3.5" tall. The color on the Vegetable bowl is a dark Celadon with a soft Camel colored rib detail. They would look lovely in a mid century home with a soft neutral palette, or in a contemporary home with a passion for organic modern details. The lid measures 9.25" diameter, 2.25" tall, and has a 2mm hole drilled through the top knob to release steam while cooking.
