It features an iconic original Pop Art image created by Lichtenstein in 1963 titled " Ball of Twine ".

Roy Lichtenstein ( 1923 - 1997 ) The American born Pop artist of a Jewish background, is one of the most well known and loved worldwide Contemporary artists. During the 1960's along with Andy Warhol among others, he became a leading figure in the new Pop Art movement. His work defined the premise of Pop Art through parody. Inspired by the comic strip, Lichtenstein produced precise compositions often in a tongue and cheek manner. The artworks of Lichtenstein are included in the permanent collections of the most prestigious Modern art museums worldwide.

The framed iconic Pop Art lithograph print measures 15 1/2" W X 18 1/2" H X 1" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a classic Modern matte black finish wood frame molding presented with an archival acid free matte black matting. There is an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
