Jean-Antoine Houdon's "Scorticato" in plaster early 20th century 1: 1 reproduction in plaster of the head of the flayed by the french sculptor jean-antoine houdon (paris, 1741-1828). He studied in rome, at the french academy, from 1764 to 1768, a period in which he performed many anatomical studies including the flayed, his first great success. Height 42 cm width 25 cm depth 20 cm weight 5 kg material plaster very good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
