Both vessels have in common, the same dominant red, accented with translucent and luminescent bubbles and abstract forms. One vase is slightly larger than the the other making these a lovely complimentary pair. Rick Nicholson is an art glass artist based in Southern California. He and his wife, Janet, still operate a studio there. Their daughter, Hannah, is a second generation art glass artist forming her own company, Nicholson van Altena Glass in 2018.
