Vibrant purple flowers, this is Indian Mughal art is created from the stone inlay work of Mughal monuments. Featuring intricately-detailed flowers, this painting is created on handmade Basali paper with natural colors using with fine single hair squirrel brushes. Central image is framed with paper border (see photos).
Some provenance (of purchase) is written on the back of the cover, however it is illegible.
Exact age of this piece is unknown but is much older than the purchase date. Most of the collection was acquired in the 1970 - 1990.
