A tall vase is round in cross section, with a narrowing of the body in the middle and an expansion of the body in the lower and upper parts. The upper edge of the body and the perimeter of the base of the vase are decorated with a golden stripe. The surface of the vase is painted with cobalt painting. The body of the vase is decorated with a bouquet of flowers, on a white background, in a reserve in a gold elegant frame. Germany. Meissen. XX century. Porcelain, underglaze cobalt coating and overglaze polychrome painting. Gilding. Stencil painting depicting a bouquet of flowers, which received the name Meissen bouquet. Excellent condition. Vase height 24.5 cm, base diameter 9.1 cm, standard Meissen mark. The mark of the manufactory is shown on the bottom of the object, drawn with cobalt, underglaze - "crossed swords”, Meissen, 20th century. See less
