Offered is this rare, lovely Italian ceramic pottery vase featuring a beautiful incised and glazed figural face image in the manner of Fantoni surrounded by thick, bubbling lava glaze in shades of green, blue and yellow. The work of this piece is probably from a student or artisan who worked with Fantoni. Its amazing, rich color palette will add interest to any space. The applied molten lava glaze adds depth and richness to the piece, with a luscious turquoise interior.
