This iconic … Read more Swedish mid-century floor lamp, model 2619, designed by Eje Ahlgren for LUCO Armaturfabrik in Gothenburg in the 1950s. This iconic piece was Ahlgren’s breakthrough as a lighting designer. The base is crafted from three slender metal rods supported by a steel ring. It features adjustable height and brass details. The lampshade is covered with white fabric adorned with translucent geometric dots. Height is adjustable between 144-166 cm.

The Swedish designer Eje Ahlgren enjoyed a successful career and collaborated with several of Sweden's most renowned lighting manufacturers, including Ateljé Lyktan and Bergboms. This minimalist floor lamp, designed in the 1950s, was created for the manufacturer LUCO in Gothenburg.
