A vintage painting by artist Barbara Sternberger c. 1989 titled " NEAR THE BEACH ". A beautifully executed impressionistic view of the ocean. Originally from Canada, Sternberger studied and lived in Southern California. She has since moved to Washington state where she resides with her talented husband. This piece was painted during her time in California. Signed, dated and framed in a beautiful custom natural wood museum frame.
