This is a wonderfully vibrant, earthy, original, contemporary abstract oil painting. Comprised of five panels, or a polyptych, each panel is 30”x 45” on Heavy Duty Arches Watercolor paper. Therefore, the total width is 150”.
It’s difficult to capture the depth and richness of the brush strokes and oil paint in photographs. They are stunning in person.
Mary Alice Copp’s portraiture, landscapes, and abstract works have been shown in many museum and gallery exhibitions around the world. Ten of her “Side by Sides” were acquired and are in Stanford University's Art Collection.
The pieces in this series are intended to be displayed individually or to be grouped in endless combinations. Please see more pieces from this series in my Chairish shop. These can be used in various environments, be it residential or corporate.
