Chinese shallow serving bowls, 18th or 19th century, famille rose type. The scalloped flange on the rims has diaper work borders which surrounds the bowls with medallions of floral decorations, predominantly in green and red tones.The bowl at right has a butterfly at center.
Each measures 11 diameter 11 inches, height 2 1/4 inches. Sold only as a pair.
