This lamp is over 50 years. While this is in working condition, it has patina consistent with age and prior use. More specifically, the lamp's harp and socket have tarnished and the base has areas of minor chipping while the lamp itself has visible surface marks (e.g., black mark). The cord also shows signs of wear and tear. This was lightly dusted, but otherwise remains in its original condition as found.
