A fun woven pattern on both sides. The frame of the magazine rack is made of a heavy metal, I’m guessing wrought iron. The frame is painted in a faux bamboo finish. This piece is rather heavy, although by looking at it you might think it’s not. It can definitely hold those coffee table books on your table for when you need to use the table top. See less
