Vases have gilded fu dog "handles" at the neck, just under the lip/opening, and gilded dragons wrap gracefully around the neck. Incredibly detailed, the bodies are each decorated with ten main alternating panels of figures at court with vivid gold accents in their hair and nature-inspired imagery featuring intricate flowers, vines, exotic birds, and butterflies. As is typical for rose medallion pieces, the borders between the panels are decorated with delicate vines, floral accents and colorful butterflies. See less
