Green's Gripstand bowl … Read more The yellow mixing bowl has been a staple in kitchens for well over a hundred years. T.G. Green's Gripstand bowl was a unique addition to an old standard. The handles and gripstand wedge allow the bowl to be tipped on its side for easier mixing and whisking, without slipping. Bowls were produced in several sizes including 9", 10", 11", 12" and 13" (not including handles). T.G. Green & Co. Ltd. originally operated from the village of Church Gresley, South Derbyshire, England between 1864 and 2007. Production has been discontinued. This bowl was likely produced in the 1950's or 1960's.

5 7/8" H x 13 1/2" W x 12 3/4" L

Condition:

Very good vintage condition. The "spur marks" are visible on the bottom of the bowl interior as well as the exterior bottom. On the interior, they have some discoloration. There are also a few tiny glaze impurities (under the clear glaze). Overall the finish has various scuffs from use that can be seen when held up to the light. Otherwise, no noticed chips, cracks or damage. Has some normal wear for age and use. Please see all photos. See less
