The hunt is classic Persian imagery of the hunters pursuing gazelle across the rolling hills a selection of hunting dogs and gazelles. The whole is in an Isfahan revival style. The panel is painted in a smooth gauche on a panel and glazed in a form highly like to Ivory panels or porcelain painting. Beautiful color tones and framed in a velvet matt and silver leaf frame. The size is 11.5" by 8.5" framed and the image is 4.75" by 7.25" tall. Very good condition. See less
