A very nice French faience earthenware/ terracotta vase made by the artist Roullet Renoleau (4th generation of artist).
He studied at the famous Faience School in Limoges (France). This piece of pottery was hand-made and hand-painted by the artist (He signed each piece, you can see on the photo). For your information, the antique Renoleau faience is highly collectible in France.
