RARE 19th century printed document --- in a wood frame with glass (the frame is not as old as the folk art print)
Theodore Frederick Scheffer (1813 - 1883)
It is difficult to find a birth and baptism record / certificate printed in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania by Theo. F. Scheffer.
The colors are a mustard yellow, a greenish yellow, rust, and an aqua / blue.
The printed certificate is in good but not perfect condition
; there is a surface wrinkle and there is a water mark in the border a water mark on the left side- both photographed
Dimensions of the frame: 15” x 18”x 3/4"
The frame does have minimal rubs, scratches, dings, etc. from age / handling / wear.
