Rare Blenko 5410 bird or rooster vase by Wayne Husted in Charcoal. Beautiful color and form.
The tail does have damage. Appears it was chipped evenly across. Almost looks natural. Would benefit possibly from being polished. Looking into having done.
Bottom inside area shows some water residue and dust present conducive with age. Has not been professionally cleaned so it should improve with proper cleaning if desired.
