All four pieces are stamped "9994" … Read more Exquisite Venetian Rococo parlor set to include settee, armchair, side chair, and corner chair. All four pieces are stamped "9994" by the maker. The age is estimated to be late 19th or early 20th century. Solid wood, most likely walnut, with partial gilt trim and later upholstery. Comfortable spring seating. We have been unable to find a match to any piece in this set, thus, it's safe to say this is one-of-a-kind, or extremely rare.

The seat height of all four is approximately 18". The armrests are 24" to 25". The heights range from approximately 36" to 38.5". The armchair and the corner chair are both 26". The settee is 47" wide. The specific measurements of the armchair are included below.

Condition: Very good antique condition with wear commensurate with age and use. There is loss to the gilt trim as well as various scuffs, nicks, etc. The corner chair sits unevenly. The right and left legs are slightly shorter than the front and rear legs. This is corrected by two small furniture felt pads. All of the pieces are in otherwise solid condition. The upholstery is in very good condition with some light surface dirt and stains. See less
