English yacht binnacle by Pascall Atkey of Cowes. Round, varnished mahogany base with brass feet. Hood is solid brass with side burner housing. Compass inside reads "Pascall Atkey & Sons, West Cowes". Pascall Atkey is considered to the oldest known ship and yacht fitter in the UK.
