Magnificent fitted tree wooden frame.
Very thick old mercury mirror.

It is only the second that we meet a mirror of this type and we have not yet elucidated its history.
The shape of the frame reminds us that of the wood used for barrels. Outside, it is not this wooden essence that was used for this type of crafts, we preferred oak, chestnut or acacia.

However, handcrafted, this wood seems to be a recycled part of a wooden manufacture.
The mystery continues therefore but the charm is there, anywhere, this mirror will be a piece of choice within your decoration.
