This Verdigris Bronze Sculpture was crafted in 1930 in Japan in honor of the Chinese Year of the Horse and entitled “Flying Horse”. It was purchased in occupied Japan in the 1940s and brought back to the United States by a veteran. The handwritten notes on the back indicate the Japanese word for horse is “uma”. The sculpture is bronze with a wash that turns the metal a Verdigris turquoise which is gorgeous. It’s on a black onyx base in traditional museum mount style.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
