Mid-century stilnovo chandelier in brass and 12 opaline globes, italy 1950s this midcentury italian brass chandelier by stilnovo features 12 handblown opaline glass globes of exceptional quality. The soft globes diffuse light beautifully, creating a warm and welcoming glow. The fixture is made of brass and black lacquered metal, and the chandelier is designed to a high standard. It is compatible with e14 sockets and adheres to us/uk/asia standards, as well as being led compatible. The chandelier has been cleaned, well-wired, and is in complete working order. The frame is in excellent condition, with a minor patina on the metal parts. Stilnovo, a lighting manufacturer founded by bruno gatta in 1946, became known for innovative products embodying rationalist, form-follows-function principles. In-house designer gaetano sciolari drove the company's success in the postwar era. Dino gatta's invitation to the best designers of the day led to progressive design ideas and material experimentation. The company's iconic designs were exhibited in moma's landmark exhibition 1972 and are still popular today. Stilnovo was acquired by art director massimo anselmi in 2012, who launched re-editions of the company's iconic designs the following year at salone. - size: diameter 85 cm - size incl. Rod 110 cm - fitted with 12 e14s socket suitable for led. - cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
- Shipping charges start at $799 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
- Only available in selected markets.
- Chairish In-Home Delivery
