Mr. George Reinitz a holocaust survivor, orphan and an athlete emigrating to Montreal from Hungary in 1948. He founded Jaymar in 1956, from nothing into an international venture. Jaymar Furniture LTD - a leader in upholstered furniture in Canada and is recognized as the company with unlimited choices. In 2000, after 44 years of work, Mr. Reinitz sold Jaymar to an American Investment Company Rivers & Associates. Jaymar then passes through the hands of Shermag in 2003, then Bermex in 2009 to be finally purchased in 2014 by Daniel Walker, the current owner. See less
