Mid Century Modern Extendable Wishbone Dining Table by Heywood Wakefield.
This one is quite the looker! With a fully restored top, she’s ready for all the gatherings! This table will make for the perfect feast on any night. This wishbone table has one leaf included, and two drop leafs. Stellar leg design in overall great condition. See all condition notes.

- Excellent vintage condition with restored tabletop. This table is a stunner! The tabletop has been sanded and repaired, stained in … moreExcellent vintage condition with restored tabletop. This table is a stunner! The tabletop has been sanded and repaired, stained in a true Heywood Wakefield 'Wheat' to match. The legs and framework are all thoroughly cleaned and refreshed but with its original patina. This piece shows signs of wear consistent with age and use. Minor wear marks or light scratches on surface may be visible. There are some marks on the legs, as expected. One corner chip was repaired at the flip-down on one corner. No major chips or nicks. See photos and closeups for reference. There is one leaf included with this piece. The leaf fits into place with ease, however there is not a true match at the edge of the table. The table has a full bevel, while the leaf has a demi-bullnose edge; the aprons are also not a true match and do not sit flush. With the mismatched edges, the leaf still functions and has been restored and stained to match regardless. The table can be enjoyed with the drop-leafs down or kept open with no leaf as well. Makers mark visible at base of table and glides makers mark is also visible on the tracks. Mix of solids and veneers. All of our pieces are used and/or vintage pieces that have wear consistent with age. Each are rare, sometimes one-of-a kind that are found and hand-picked.
