Entirely handmade and painted by hand, 1950s.
Boaretto was born in 1914 in Montegrotte Terme and died in 1977 in Padua.
At the age of eighteen, he was hired by "Richard-Ginori" in Doccia, near Florence. In 1937, he started his own business and opened a small kiln that remained active until the beginning of the war. He then moved to Bohemia where he worked in a porcelain factory. Upon returning to Italy, he worked at various kilns in Grottaglie, Castelli, and Vibo Valenzia. In 1950, he returned to Padua, where he founded his own workshop.
Ideal for collectors and enthusiasts, or as a gift idea.
Very good overall condition with normal signs of use and age and a small, invisible touch-up on the inner edge.
