These are the much beloved spaniel dogs.These are from the estate of someone who lived in England for a number of years while working for the Department of State and collected Staffordshire figurines. They can be placed on a mantel, shelf, or otherwise. They work in most any interior style, but are particularly wonderful for anyone who appreciates an English, European country, traditional, or grandmillenial, aesthete. See less

- These have considerable patina given their likely age and prior use. More specifically, the paint has worn over time and … moreThese have considerable patina given their likely age and prior use. More specifically, the paint has worn over time and there is a crack next to the left ear on the left facing dog as well as near the bottom feet are of the right facing dog. There is also dust that has collected over time within the back hole of each dog. The base of each dog has darkened over time with age as well. The age of this pair is estimated given my research. I cannot guarantee that this is an official antique pair of dogs, but their characteristics such as size difference and mismatched paint application suggests that they are as well as knowledge that the estate’s owner lived in England for a number of years. These remain in their original antique or vintage condition as found. less
