This beautiful set of six demitasse and saucers was made between 1835 & 1930. Please look at the photo with the markings. C. Ahrenfeldt stopped using this Limoges mark in 1930. I have had the cups for over 25 years.
If I say that they are exquisite, I will not be exaggerating! I adore the transparency of the porcelain and the beauty of the gold rims, the solid gold covered cup handles is just breathtaking. Also, the saucers are not round as saucers usually are, these are polygon shaped with 11 sides representing the edges of a flower. A very pleasing detail.
All saucers are perfect and so are the cups APART from a small hairline crack to one of the cups hardly visible to the naked eye. I have enlarged the picture over 200% in order to be able to see it. Please look at the last picture in the listing.
