Fan shaped metal dial plate, decoratively aged, with etched / gilded rays and Roman numerals indicating the hours, gnomon capped with a gilt lion's head. Mounted on a fan shape wood base. Metal plaque reading "Roman Sun Dial 200 AD." Made in Italy.
