Paul Klee ( 1879 - 1940 ) The Swiss born Modernist artist is attributed to creating some of the most original and colorful paintings of The Twentieth Century. Klee was an educator at the famous Bauhaus School in Germany. His work reflects the styles and ideas of Symbolism, Expressionism, Cubism, as well the simplicity of The Bauhaus designs. Artworks by Klee are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The Modernist lithograph print is a page from an authentic vintage 1st edition artists publication printed in Japan in 1967 by Harry N. Abrams Inc. publishers, New York. It features an artwork image originally created by Klee in 1918 titled " night Flowers Submerged Landscape ".

The lithograph print plate image is attached to the page with a method called tipping where it is attached by hand on the top and left side edge. This print print is suitable for framing.

The print image measures 6 3/4" W X 6 3/4" H, on a page that is 9 1/4" W X 12" H. There is unrelated text on the reverse back side of the page that refers to a different artwork image.
