This lamp stands as a remarkable exemplar of Boeri's minimalistic design philosophy, showcasing an elegant and refined aesthetic characterized by geometric forms and a timeless black-and-white palette.
The structure of the Accademia lamp is anchored in a triangular shape, expertly fashioned from textured black lacquered steel. This material not only imparts durability and strength to the lamp but also infuses an air of modern elegance. The triangular geometry introduces a captivating visual equilibrium and a sensation of stability.
The lamp's diffuser is crafted from soft off-white cotton fabric. This delicate material allows the light to filter gently and uniformly, crafting a warm and inviting ambiance in any space it graces. The use of an off-white hue contributes to maintaining the overall design's purity and simplicity.
The Accademia lamp features two E-14 lamp holders, furnishing an efficient and adaptable light source. This enables adjustments in brightness to align with individual needs and preferences. Additionally, the lamp is equipped with a cord-mounted switch, ensuring easy handling and control.
In summary, the Accademia lamp by Cini Boeri is an iconic creation that encapsulates the minimalist vision of the Milanese architect and designer. with its textured black lacquered steel triangular structure, soft off-white cotton fabric diffuser, versatile lamp holders, and an elegant switch on the cord, these lamps seamlessly blend functionality and style into a harmonious whole.
