execution g. Schanzenbach & co. G. M. B. H., special factory frankfurt (main) west 13. (schaco), around 1928, nickel -plated metal, aluminum, wood, cast glass, umbrella from “diffuna”, a material made from special treated paper , height 180 cm, umbrella diameter 30 cm, diameter of the glass base 33 cm. Very good original condition. Original screen, cabling and plug renewed. Lit.: tendencies of the twenties, exhibition catalog berlin1977, p. 255 (the lamp shown without an original screen) -schanzenbach brochure around 1934 (for the pantry material) - christies/london, modernism, 17.03.99, lot 66.

the lamp comes from the practice of a well -known viennese psychiatrist.
