All hand made with gilt bronze bird feet realistically rendered, much like a real bird live and attentive ( see images of the roosters eyes and beak for the precise execution by the artist to make this rare work of art look real). Multi color enamels exquisitely forged by hand to create the illusion of feathers with correct wings neck and backside. High end custom wood chinese vintage base masterfully crafted to fit perfectly with quality lighting hardware in working order ( even the vintage finial is a hand painted miniature rooster indicating how valued this antique Chinese cloisonne was and consideration to detail). Very impressive size 31 inches to the top of rooster finial , rooster itself measures 17 inches tall standing on the base. See less
