This sofa is the absolutely finest quality available today, it has a beech and oak frame that has horse hair, fibre and feather padding to the back, it is deeper than normal and the seat cushions are overstuffed with down feathers. The upholstery is the world famous and highly coveted Mulberry Flying Ducks. The sofa has been professionally upholstered with very close attention being paid to the pattern repeat, if you look closely and the seat cushion you will see the fabric flows from the top of the cushion to the front down to the bottom platform of the sofa I actually have three of these sofas, one more is being upholstered in this fabric but a slightly different shade, it has more of a white background with slightly redder ducks, the last one I haven’t quite decided what to upholster it in yet Dimensions Height:- 82.5cm Width:- 211cm Depth:- 113cm Seat height:- 55cm. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
