A very well made and bureau made in the Sheraton Revival style. This bookcase is a real tour de force of style and design, it has wonderful Sheraton inlay, Astral Glazed bookcase to the top, a desk section with nice leather writing surface that easily fits a laptop and mouse pad when open, all sitting on top of a chest of drawers, this is a genuinely lovely, decorative and usable antique The condition is absolutely fantastic for the type and age, the timber has been deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished from top to bottom, the glass cleaned, it may have the odd patina mark here or there but mostly its in very fine order indeed Dimensions Height:- 204cm Width:- 98cm Depth:- 46cm Depth with desk open:- 75cm Under leg height to desk section:- 69.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask .Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
