Oriental Warrior is an original print realized in the first half of the XIX century by Utagawa Kunisada. Beautiful colored woodblock print. This wonderful woodcut by Utagawa Kunisada represents a Samurai, the traditional Japanese warrior. It includes a wooden frame: 36.5 x 2 x28 cm. Fair conditions, with a a halo on top right margin of the print. Utagawa Kunisada, also known as Utagawa Toyokuni III (1786 - 1865), was the most popular, prolific and commercially successful designer of ukiyo-e woodblock prints in 19th-century Japan. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
